Through the Years

Founded in 1989 as Precision Fine Grade by our President, Donnie Roebuck, we began as a specialized laser finish grading company built on precision, quality, and dependable performance. Early projects included the landmark Daytona International Speedway, first Target shopping center in Florida, and Seminole Towne Center Mall in Sanford, helping establish our reputation in the commercial construction industry.

Throughout the 1990s, Precision Fine Grade continued to grow and expand its capabilities. In the early 2000s, the company was rebranded as Roebuck Construction Services, Inc. and established a dedicated site development department, evolving from a specialized grading contractor into a full-service site development company.

For over 35 years, Roebuck Construction has contributed to many of Florida’s most recognizable projects, including work for Universal Orlando, Walt Disney Imagineering, and stadiums such as Camping World and Jacksonville's Stadium of the Future.

Today, Roebuck Construction continues to build on the same principles that have guided us since 1989: quality, reliability, and a commitment to finding solutions for our clients
